Protect the U.S.A., vote for Trump | Letters to the Editor

Editor: President Trump is a successful businessman. He is a divergent thinker who brainstorms to enhance creativity. His statements are driven from the business techniques he employs. They often do not fall within the mainstream of the average politician because he thinks and acts like a businessman to solve problems.

I cannot say President Trump mishandled the COVID-19 pandemic. Nor can I say ideas from others to handle the pandemic are incorrect. To my knowledge there is no instruction booklet, textbook, or handling manual that applies to COVID-19. What is important is that immediate actions were implemented by President Trump because he does take COVID-19 seriously. He also correctly left many decisions regarding the handling of COVID 19 in individual states to their respective governors.

What is concerning is the new Democratic Party of Joe Biden. In one scene in “Doctor Zhivago,” after the Bolshevik revolution, the doctor found his family confined to a small section of their large home. Most of their possessions were stolen by anyone who wanted them. If the socialists get what they are after, this can and will happen in the U.S.A. Some current events are also reminiscent of a 1968 movie “Wild in the Streets” when the U.S.A. is taken over by a younger generation. Now is the time to protect the U.S.A. and vote for President Trump, vote to maintain the Republican Senate and vote to regain the Republican Congress to protect the great democracy of the U.S.A.
